🧠 What Is Microdosing?

Microdosing typically means taking a very small (sub-perceptual) amount of psilocybin — around 1/10 to 1/20 of a full trip dose — on a set schedule (e.g., every third day). The goal isn’t to hallucinate, but to gently shift awareness, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Some common reasons people microdose:

  • Boost creativity or productivity

  • Reduce anxiety or depression

  • Help with PTSD or emotional trauma

  • Increase mindfulness and presence

  • Break negative thought loops or habits
